The Location - The townhome is located in the Fortebello Beachside community, approximately a 15-minute walk from Millennium Beach Park and Canova Beach Park. Along the way, you will find a variety of nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, and everyday conveniences. Guests also have access to the community pool, lounge chairs, pergola, and cabana area. Walking paths surround the community’s bass fishing pond and offer a peaceful place for an evening stroll. Jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals are available throughout the Indian Harbour Beach area. Grocery stores, shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions are also nearby. The USSSA Space Coast Complex is approximately a 25-minute drive away, making this a convenient home base for tournaments and sporting events. Local favorites such as Oars and Paddles Park and the nearby yacht club are also worth visiting during your stay. Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated. • This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs. While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
