THE LOCATION Enjoy access to the ForteBello Beachside community pool with loungers, a pergola, and a shaded cabana area, plus scenic walking paths around the community’s pond. Just a 15-minute walk to Millennium Beach Park and Canova Beach Park, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops along the way. The area offers jet ski, kayak, and boat rentals, along with Paddle & Oars Park and the local yacht club. Grocery stores and shopping centers are just minutes away, and the USSSA Space Coast Sports Complex is only 25 minutes from the home—perfect for guests attending tournaments or events. Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry. Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: • Paper towels • Toilet paper • Tissues • Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar • Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) • Garbage bags • Sponges • Dish soap • Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: • Mailbox access is not available for guests • All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. • Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. • Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment. • While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Oversized vehicles or trailers can be accommodated. • This is a multi-story unit with interior stairs. We hope you have a wonderful stay! — Beachside Vacation Rentals - Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. - Be respectful of neighbors; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - No illegal activity or unauthorized commercial use of the property. - No sub-leasing; do not exceed the maximum occupancy without written approval. - Stay is limited to the confirmed reservation dates only. - Check-in is 4:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires approval and may incur fees. - The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. - Unauthorized events, parties, pets, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. - Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. - Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. - Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free; report any pest issues immediately. - Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed. - Use of amenities (grills, bikes, beach gear, kayaks, pools, hot tubs, etc.) is at guest’s own risk. - Children must be supervised at all times near pools or water; approved flotation devices are required for kayaking/paddleboarding. - Management is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property or valuables. - Items left behind after checkout will be held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. - Guests are responsible for all damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, fines, and unauthorized fees. - Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours and before checkout to be considered under any damage waiver. - Smoking, vaping, unauthorized pets, parties/events, or unreported damage are not covered by any damage waiver. While walkable to local beaches, shops, and dining, a car is recommended to explore the Space Coast. We offer free on-site parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Major attractions, USSSA Sports Facility, and Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) are all within a short 20-minute drive. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
