Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. - The pool is under repair We hope you have a wonderful stay! — Beachside Vacation Rentals Please follow all safety guidelines, shared space etiquette, and community regulations. - Follow all local, state, and federal laws - No subleasing or exceeding the approved guest count - Stay limited to confirmed reservation dates only - Keep the home clean and report maintenance or pest issues promptly - Use amenities at your own risk. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection. This will include choosing either a refundable security deposit (a credit card hold for incidentals, not charged unless necessary) or a one-time non-refundable damage waiver fee.
