Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattresses to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
