Guests can also take the kayaks out and explore the locally famous Sykes Creek! With world-famous Cocoa Beach just 10 minutes away and Kennedy Space Center nearby, you’ll never run out of things to do. Even Disney World and Universal Studios are only about an hour away, making this the perfect home base for your Space Coast adventure! We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. After your reservation is confirmed, the host will require you to complete a property damage protection selection.
