Heating is available from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is fully operational from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC operation will be determined by the building association based on external temperatures. • Damage Waiver Fee: To protect both you and the property, we require that all guests take care of the items and equipment provided for your use. In the event of any damage, the damage waiver fee will cover the costs, provided that all damages are reported during your stay. Please note that the damage waiver does not cover the following: - Intentional damage (e.g., damages from parties) - Violations of rental policies (e.g., smoking indoors) - Damages exceeding $300 per stay - Damage caused by automobiles - Damage to personal items - Theft or lost items - Unreported damage during your stay • Additional Fees for Damage: Certain fees will apply for damages that are not covered by the damage waiver, including: - Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (replacement fee charged by the building) • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. - Smoking indoors: $300 fine - Hosting a party on the property: $300 fine Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
