Reserve this special property during the holidays to watch the “Parade of Lights” celebration with festively decorated boats. The split-level home features a formal Dining Room, Living Room, Breakfast Nook, and Great Room that includes a Sleeper Sofa. The spacious second-story Primary Suite is complete with a fireplace, balcony, and large Ensuite Bathroom. Two additional Bedrooms and a hall Bathroom upstairs. There’s more than enough room for family to enjoy waterfront dinners while watching the boats sail by.
