A bike path will take you into neighboring Montecito and you’ll be just a short drive from Santa Barbara to the north and Carpinteria to the south. Built in 1889, this home was on the original stagecoach route for Summerland complete with a welcoming porch and garden. The owners have taken meticulous care of this home to keep it up to date and full of its original charm. The cozy Living Room features a bay window, leading into a formal Dining Room and Kitchen. The two Bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations and the Bathroom boasts a clawfoot tub/shower. The spacious backyard includes dining and lounge space as well as an outdoor shower. The home owners also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Grab your supplies and head down the few blocks to the beach!
