Connected seamlessly through a shared laundry room and an expansive oceanfront deck, both 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom residences are designed for families or multi-generational groups. Each light-filled living room features oversized seating with sweeping ocean views through expansive windows, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six for family meals. Altogether, the duplex sleeps 12 guests and offers dining seating for 12. The main floor of each residence offers two cozy twin bedrooms, while the primary suite commands the entire upper level as a private sanctuary complete with its own balcony overlooking the ocean. Whether you rent both units together for a family reunion or group getaway, Seahorse Retreat offers double the luxury and an unforgettable Carpinteria experience. PLEASE NOTE: During the Winter months, approximately November - March, the City of Carpinteria may erect a sand wall to protect all of the beachfront properties in Carpinteria from winter swells and storms. While it attempts to protect the properties, it does have the potential to block the view of the ocean from the lower levels of the home. **GUEST AGREES TO ELECTRONICALLY SIGN OUR RESERVATION AGREEMENT within 2 days of booking. (Emailed to Guest upon booking.)** **The property has security camera(s) in parking area(s) and/or main entrance(s) to the property.** POLICIES No smoking on property. No Pets or Service Animals are allowed. No party rentals or hosted events. Check-in: 3 pm or later. Check-out: 10 am or earlier. Quiet Hours are 9 pm - 9 am, please be respectful of our neighbors. Guest agrees to electronically sign a detailed Reservation Agreement (which will be emailed within 24 hours of booking). Manager/Homeowner reserves the right to deny reservation.
