A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid PRIOR to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team regarding this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay.
