Welcome to The Weekender House - our five bedroom, brand new oasis in Downtown Bentonville! Truly the ultimate place to spend a weekend, you'll find luxury amenities and plenty of living space for 16 people between our main house and guest house. Unwind on our gorgeous private outdoor patio with plunge pool, TV and lounge seating, cook a meal in one of our TWO state-of-the-art kitchens or cuddle up for a movie on the sofa in any of our THREE living spaces. ★ Not pet-friendly. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
