Welcome to Lakeside Nest - our beautiful home with a private dock ON Lake Rayburn! Inside our spacious home, you'll find luxury accommodations for up to 9 people! Enjoy our open concept living room with tons of cozy seating, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and gorgeous sunroom with sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid PRIOR to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and we will NOT be able to issue cards on those days. Please message our guest services team regarding this inquiry at least 5 business days prior to your stay. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
