Welcome to Dickson Chateau - our gorgeous home located in Fayetteville's historic district, a quarter mile from Dickson's entertainment district and less than 1 mile from the University of Arkansas. Walkable to all of downtown including the Fayetteville Town Square, Walton Arts Center, TheatreSquared, Fayetteville Library or Razorback Greenway trails! Complete with a massive acre-lot yard, gazebo, and picturesque creek that runs through our property. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Parking in the front/ additional parking through the gate. Please do not park on Dickson Street due to it being a narrow road and on a large hill. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
