Right on the Town Square. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ There is no garage access. ★ Please note this apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and guests must access the apartment through a stairwell. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Strict 2-person maximum, there's no space to accommodate a third guest. - The apartment is in a complex with other people as well, so try to be courteous of the other guests with noise late at night. If the trash is full, please take it to the dumpster located behind our unit. Extra trash bags can be found under the sink. - We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen with enough to get you started on your trip.
