The two Queen Bedrooms are equipped with a Smart T.V, free wifi, and a workstation with desk and chair. All rooms offer soft plush bathrobes. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, smart t.v., comfy plush robe and chair. The fully equipped, custom built kitchen offers granite counter tops, new appliances, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. This property is ideally located for visiting professors, parents of students at the university or vacationers visiting the St. Jacob's Market. it's a 20 minute walk or 3 min. drive to the University of Waterloo. It's 3.8 km to St. .Jacob's Market., St. Jacob's Playhouse and Outlet Mall. Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Free street parking is available by registering with the City of Waterloo overnight parking.
