Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this. Please be aware there is construction in the surrounding area of SpringCreek as they are expanding. This is your mountain home. You will have access to the entire condo and its amenities. Guests that cause a noise disturbance affecting others may be subject to a fine of $250 if security or owner has to intervene. There is a zero smoking tolerance of any kind inside the property or on balcony this includes: Vaping, Cannabis, Hooka, E-cigarette etc. If there is evidence of smoking during stay or after check-out guests will be charged $250 penalty. Pack & Play & booster seats are available on request. Please request at time of booking.
