Waterfront detached lodge

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES FROM SEPTEMBER 2025 ONLY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ON THE WEEKEND WITH A MINIMUM STAY OF 6 NIGHTS Our Lodge is detached and is located 100m from our home. The Lodge has a 1000m garden, several terraces, is located on the water with fish/jetties. Completely private for you. Several (up to 5) cars can be parked. Fishing water Volkerak at 2 km, boat can be next to the house at its own jetty. Pets in consultation and EUR 20 per stay per animal. The space The Lodge consists of a ground floor with a comfortable sofa and chairs. Flat screen with 100+ channels (German, French, Belgian, Italian and Dutch). Downstairs, the kitchen is also equipped with all comforts (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk, dishwasher tablets). In the hall downstairs, there is a toilet. Upstairs bedroom 1 with double box spring, shower and dormer window. Bedroom 2 with 2 separate box springs, toilet and dormer window. Please note the stairs up are quite steep. The Lodge has a double garden door to the terrace. On the terrace, there is a high seating area (8 people or more) and a lounge area (8 people or more). There is also a terrace under the trees if it gets too hot. Large lawn of 1000 m. Then 2 brand new fishing jetties or jetties. From the canal to which the Lodge is located, there is direct access to the Dintel towards Breda, or the other side the Volkerak- Oosterschelde or Volkerak - Hollands Diep. The Lodge is located on the Floris V hiking trail from Amsterdam to Bergen op Zoom. The Lodge is 20 minutes from Rotterdam and Antwerp, and 1 hour from Brussels and Amsterdam. The nearest beach (Hollands Diep) is 8 kilometers away. The first beach with salt water (Oosterschelde) is 18 kilometers away. The Zeeland beaches start at 50 kilometers. The tourist tax of EUR 1.30 per person per night must be paid separately to us (or left behind when you leave). Guest access Separate entrance. Parking for several cars both upstairs and downstairs Other things to note Watch out for the yachts and yachts that pass by the head of the harbor in the summer. Fun!! The largest pike and pike perch in Europe live in the Volkerak. The road across the street can be busy, especially when the farmers are harvesting. A deposit may be requested
