Welcome to this newly renovated & furnished 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home at The Muriel. This spacious first-floor apartment home has one king sized bed and two twin sized beds. Each bedroom has its own desk. When you book this home, each adult occupant will be required to submit a $45 application, which includes a credit, criminal, and eviction check and you will be required to execute a lease agreement. In the living room, enjoy some time watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV (Netflix & Hulu logged in and ready!). If you need to work, our home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home cooked meal, or takeout, at the dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and more. There’s a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The kitchen also has cooking items including pots and pans, baking tray and cooking utensils. There’s knives, a cutting board, strainer and mixing bowls. There’s 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home has a vacuum, broom, swiffer and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer which are coin-operated (or download the app to go cashless). Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. Fireplace The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re here to help make your stay serene & unforgettable. House Rules & Guest Responsibilities We kindly ask that you review and confirm acceptance of the following House Rules on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party. These standards help us protect our homes, respect our neighbors, and ensure every guest has a serene Sojourn experience. Violation of these rules could result in a termination of your reservation without refund. No Smoking To keep things fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is not allowed inside the home or within 50 feet of the building—including outdoor spaces. If smoke is reported or detected, we may need to end your stay, apply a $500 cleaning fee, and report the issue to the booking platform. We hope you understand—it’s all about keeping the space pleasant for everyone. Parties or Events Quiet Enjoyment We love a good time—but we also love our peace and quiet! Parties and events aren’t allowed, and all of our homes have decibel readers that help us monitor for loud noise (don’t worry—they don’t record anything). If we receive a report about excessive noise or gatherings, a team member may check in, and your reservation could be canceled without refund. Thanks for helping us keep things serene for our neighbors and other guests! Security Notice All Sojourn properties are equipped with exterior security cameras, including coverage of entryways and common areas that are recording at all times. These are used for guest safety, property protection, and in some cases to ensure compliance with local city regulations. There are no interior cameras inside any of our homes. Plumbing Etiquette — What Not to Flush or Dispose Please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or anything else. And avoid putting grease or non-food items down the drain or garbage disposal. Plumbing repairs can be expensive, and we’d hate to have to pass that cost along to you! Linens & Care At Sojourn, we provide luxury linens of the highest quality for your comfort. We kindly ask that you help us care for them by following these guidelines. Do not use towels or bedding for cleaning, makeup removal, hair dye or any other activities that could permanently stain the linens. If linens are found to be permanently stained or damaged, we will request reimbursement for the cost of replacement. No Fireworks Pet Etiquette We’re delighted to welcome your furry companions at this pet-friendly property. To keep our homes clean and comfortable for all guests, please observe the following: Always clean up after your pet—indoors and outdoors. Dispose of waste in appropriate bins and avoid leaving messes in common or shared areas. Excessive pet hair, stains, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges. If our team arrives to find that pet waste has not been properly cleaned up or additional cleaning is required due to your pet, a $75 cleaning fee may be assessed.
