We have hosted Canadian UN Representatives, Top Models, Kenyan vice Minister(s)! Our place is conveniently located on Broadway & W 138th St, right at 137th St. #1 Train Station. Buses, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and parks are all right downstairs. Our apartment is a suite on the 6th floor walk-up building without elevator. If you arrive on the same day with less than 5 hours coordination, I can leave you a key but likely our cleaning service won't be able to clean your room until 7pm. Best, Yao & Raini ***** Situated in a recently-renovated four-bedroom apartment (shared with me and my personal assistant a great data science researcher), your private room is furnished with brand-new amenities, including a desk, comfortable larger-than-queen-size mattress bed, soft towels, and fresh linens. A renovated bathroom is shared with us as well. Most of the time I am traveling for business so my apartment most time of the year has only one person on site. Your room has a south-facing window with lots of light and a curtain. It overlooks a quiet yard. You will have free access to the nearby Riverbank State park (free or per-visit-$1-only tennis, squash, gym, swimming pool and lots of sports facilities!) only 1 block away or 2 minutes walking. The room has its own air conditioning during the summer and with building's heating system on during winter. This building is a century old, one of the famous and glorious Imperial Buildings in NYC, occupied by the sugar tycoons earlier last century. The heating, water and outlay are not as modern as the newest buildings, but this is part of the unique and amazing NYC experience! Guest access Our goal is for you to feel at home while you stay with us. Given that most of the time I am traveling for business, my personal assistant is still able to provide assistance you may need. Guests have access to the small-but-functional living room (part of the kitchen), clean bathroom, the kitchen and everything else. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy! During your stay Me or my assistant will be at home to give you access and orientation. Other things to note There is currently no key to this private bedroom door.
