We are just a bit old fashioned when it comes to that kind of thing and in a day and age where everything moves so fast and can feel so impersonal, we like to step back and slow things down a bit -- at least just enough to say hello in person, to shake your hand and thank you for choosing our home for your vacation needs. Please Note: The pool and / or other amenities may be closed or unusable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons beyond our control. Notice is not always given to the owners when an emergency repair/service is required. Pre-arrival requirements (after booking): - Pre-arrival form (under 2 minutes) - Guest agreement and ID verification via a secure third-party provider Damage Protection: Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. Choose your protection option: 1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $1,500. No deposit hold required. or 2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,500) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection. Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement. Welcome to our property! Please read and adhere to these rules during your stay: 1. No Parties Allowed: This property is for quiet and peaceful enjoyment. Parties, gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited. If you wish to host an event, please contact us in advance for approval, and any applicable fees or conditions. 2. Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the booking reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors or guests must be approved in advance by the host. Unauthorized guests may result in eviction and a fine. 3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of any illegal substances, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. 4. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and fellow guests, we have quiet hours between 12 AM to 5 AM. During these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum, including TV, music, and conversations. 5. Respect the Property: Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence will be charged to the guest. 6. Kitchen and Cooking: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, but please clean up after yourself and rinse the dishes and load the dishwasher promptly. Do not leave food out in common areas to prevent pests. 7. Trash and Recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided bins and follow local recycling guidelines. Excessive trash or leaving trash in common areas may result in an additional cleaning fee. 8. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in eviction from the property, and a fine of $1000 will be imposed. By booking our property, you agree to abide by these rules and accept the consequences of any violations. We appreciate your cooperation in making your stay and the stay of future guests a pleasant and memorable experience.
