A charming chalet located at Big White Ski Resort, this ski in/ski out home provides an abundance of amenities, including a private hot tub looking out to the Monashee Mountains. Damage Protection: Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. Choose your protection option: 1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $2,000. No deposit hold required. or 2) Refundable Security Deposit ($2,000) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection. Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement. Parking Notes - There is free uncovered parking for 2 vehicles. Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In (winter only). By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined below. No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible. - Check-in: 4pm-10pm - Checkout: 10am - Primary renter must be over the age of 26 (unless approved by Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in. - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. During your stay we may have third party vendors who attend to the home performing tasks including but not limited to tasks like landscape maintenance and pest control; by booking our home you acknowledge and agree to allow these services, not prevent them from occurring or claiming they’ve interrupted your use and enjoyment of the property and no refunds or credits are available in such instance This Short Term Rental Agreement is between the property manager (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to the Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property. Fire and Fire Safety. Occupant is notified that the Property may be located in an area susceptible to fire, and as such Occupant agrees all conform with all applicable fire codes of any governmental authority, and ensure safe and reasonable use, management, and extinguishment of any fire places, bbq's, smoking (if permitted), fire pits and any other device or act involving the risk of fire. In the event Occupant discovers any fire related safety issues, Occupant shall immediately inform Manager and cease and desist immediately from undertaking, or continuing usage until inspection, remediation (if necessary) and written approval by Manager that use is permitted. Flammable substances and solids, such as gasoline, benzene, naphtha, cleaning fluids, explosives, and fireworks may not be used or stored on the Property. Lighted candles, incense, kerosene lamps, halogen lamps and tenant installed electric heaters may not be used in the Property. ALL COOKING MUST BE CONFINED TO DESIGNATED COOKING AREAS. Use of electrical appliances not provided with the Property, such as hot plates, heating coils, coffeepots, popcorn poppers, electric frying pans, toaster ovens, irons, and electric heaters are prohibited. Storage or placement of any items (including trash, bicycles, boxes, furniture, etc.) in public areas such as corridors, stairwells, or balconies is prohibited. Any and All decorations used in the Property shall be flameproof or fire resistant materials. Any additional lighting (i.e. Christmas lights) must be Management approved with proper installation and approved. No lights may be strung from any pipes or fire/safety equipment. Any violation of the above fire prevention regulations may be subject to fine and/or termination and removal of the Occupant from the Property. PETS: A$1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless Manager has given
