Cozy 32 sqm one-bedroom loft in Santa Ana, Bogota, off Carrera Novena. A single open space, living and sleeping areas together. Accommodates up to two guests, in a queen bed. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. Downstairs there is lift access and a doorman. It has one bathroom. There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedroom. The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The apartment has a washer and a dryer. A workspace is available too. The bathroom comes with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up. After confirming the booking, guests must complete a form we send as a requirement to comply with local regulations. Before check-in we need the first name, surname and identity document number of every guest. The building requires this information to authorize entry, and each guest must show the document at the building's reception. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If you need to store luggage or wait in a common area before check-in or after check-out, please ask us in advance and we will confirm what is possible at your building. If entry to the apartment is by physical key or card and it is lost, an additional charge applies. Belongings left in the apartment after check-out are held for 30 days. After 30 days they are donated. Food left behind is discarded. Every reservation includes bed linen for each bed, one body towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, one floor towel per shower, one bottle each of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel per shower, one bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one bin liner per bin, one kitchen towel, one bottle of dishwashing liquid, one sponge and one absorbent cloth. Additional amenities are available for an extra fee, just ask our team. If the apartment has a sofa bed, please tell us in advance whether you will use it so that we can set it up. For every 30 nights booked we include one free cleaning during the stay. It covers changing bed linen and towels and replenishing shampoo, soap, toilet paper and bin liners. The date and time must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Additional guests may be added only up to the maximum capacity of the apartment. Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Only guests registered in advance at the reception may enter. If the property is pet-friendly, the following fees and limits apply: 10 USD per pet for reservations of 3 nights or fewer. 25 USD per pet for reservations of 4 to 15 nights. 50 USD per pet for reservations longer than 15 nights. The pet fee does not cover damage to the property or to the common areas. Whatever the property, a maximum of two small or medium pets, or one large pet, may stay. Hanging clothes or towels from the windows, balconies or terraces of the apartment is not allowed. (Penalty: 200 USD) Parties and social gatherings are not allowed in the apartment, and noise is not allowed after 22:00. (Penalty: 300 USD) Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or the building, including balconies, patios and terraces. This covers cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and any drug or other substance. (Penalty: 100 USD) Using the property for events, social gatherings or photo shoots is not allowed. (Penalty: 250 USD) Filming or photography for commercial purposes is not allowed in the apartment or in the building. Breaking any of these rules carries a monetary penalty, payable by the guest responsible for the reservation. The guest responsible for the reservation also covers any repair or replacement arising during the stay: lost keys, and damage to items, furniture or to the infrastructure of the apartment or the building. The building's front desk staff are not Wynwood House employees, so please report any incident directly to us and we will assist you. Travelers under 18 Colombian regulations, and some building administrations, require guests traveling with minors to present the corresponding documents at check-in. To avoid any difficulty, please bring: Every minor: civil birth certificate (registro civil de nacimiento). Aged 7 and over: identity card (tarjeta de identidad, TI). If the minor travels with both parents: Civil birth certificate. Identity card, if applicable. Original identity document of both parents. If the minor travels with one parent only, or with neither: Civil birth certificate. Identity card, if applicable. Notarized authorization signed by both parents permitting the stay. Guests must also present physical identity documents to enter the building. Photographs, digital copies and documents shown on a phone are not accepted, and the building administration may deny entry without them. Usaquén was a separate town before the city grew around it, and its old centre kept the cobbled streets and the colonial church. The rest of the district, Cedritos and San Patricio, is residential, with apartment blocks, parks and good public transport. In the neighborhood: The Usaquén market: an open-air craft and antiques market held in the old town centre on Sundays.
