Extra Guests: This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory. - Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay. - Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself. - Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies.
