Con muebles modernos y muy comodos. Cuenta con cocina con refrigerador, mircrondas, fregadero, y sets completos de platos, cubiertos y vasos. (Nuestra casa no tiene estufa) We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees. La casa tiene cancel y patio particular que se comparte con otra casa en la planta baja. Tiene acesso privado a la planta alta. La casa tiene candado digital para poder aprovechar auto check in. - No smoking - PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome (under 40 pounds), but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet plus a $150 per pet deposit. (2 pets max). - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 22 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place. - CHECK IN- Check in starts at 4 pm. We offer self-check in. You will receive a door code the day of check in. - NOISE LEVELS - Absolutely enjoy the space but please be respectful of the environment. All noise levels must be considerate, especially at night. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. - NO PARTIES AND NO DRUGS This goes without saying for most guests, but we have to mention it. You agree that no parties or events, no illegal activity, no carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or inappropriate anti-social behavior will take place during your stay. If guests are found to have had a party, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, or if guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs onsite, the authorities will be notified, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY - PARKING: Please park your vehicle in the driveway. Absolutely no parking in the yard. Our place has a garage, but it is not accessible to guests. No large commercial vehicles. - CLEANLINESS - The house will be very clean on your arrival, you agree to leave it neat and free of trash on your departure; for if a greater cleaning service is required, then guest agrees to pay any extra cleaning fees we are charged. No mud or chemicals inside the house or in sinks, shower & washing machine. - PETS - No pets allowed. - NO SMOKING -There shall be no smoking or vaping inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. ***Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. *** Downtown Tepic is 3 blocks away.
