The space Upper level unit in a two-story duplex. Lovely porch for relaxing during your stay in Charlottesville. Proximal train tracks noticeable (Outside, not really Inside) but not troublesome, sound blends with small-city ambiance. Guest access You have the entire house. Two Bedrooms, a Comfortable Living Room, Bath and Kitchen. You also have access to a shared Laundry Room, stocked with everything you will need to do a load or two! Other things to note Please enjoy yourselves, but be mindful of the neighbors. Note street parking is extremely limited - guests will have access to two driveway spaces ONLY. House is not well-suited for parties. We list the amount of guests for a booking as a general guideline. There is a queen bed in one room and two twins in the other. We want our guests to be comfortable so we don't want the home to be overloaded, but feel free to reach out with a query if you think this place would suit you well! We do need to know at the time of booking who is to be staying with us. It is uncomfortable when someone other than the person or persons booking shows up and we have to turn them away. Sometimes this happens when a company or responsible party is booking for their employees or work crews. We are comfortable with work crews enjoying the comforts of our homes, but experience tells us that these situations require some special requirements, all of which can be worked out equitably in advance at the time of booking.
