Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay). ⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee. 🚗 Parking: On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. 🏋️ Fully Equipped Gym: Stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center. 🍖 Outdoor BBQ Area & Patio: Perfect for grilling and enjoying an evening outdoors in the beautiful common area. 🛋️ Cozy Lounge: A great spot to kick back, read, or relax after a day of exploring. Please review the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. - Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. - Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. - Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. - Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided. - The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.. To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the Check in . We appreciate your understanding, even if you´ve already verified your ID through the platform´s chat, we would still need an additional copy. This way, we can ensure a smooth check-in process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. Important: Please consider the following recommendations to enhance your stay: Note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Your comfort is our priority. If any issues arise, please inform us immediately. We are here to help. Remember: Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours´ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) . • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: • Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. • Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. • party on property $300 fine. Additionally: We want to inform you that package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don´t forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
