Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. ⚠️ Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. Parking Guidelines: To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage, only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.. To ensure a smooth and secure experience during your stay, we kindly request that all guests be registered upon check-in. This includes providing a photo ID on the same day of your arrival. Even if you’ve already verified your ID through the platform's chat, we will still need an additional copy to streamline the check-in process. This is required because the building only allows access to registered guests, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. • Important Details to Enhance Your Stay: - HVAC System: The building’s HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system is centralized and operates according to seasonal regulations to comply with city and environmental guidelines. - Heating: Available from October 15 - May 1. - Air Conditioning (AC): Available from May 15 - October 1. - Between transitions: The system operates based on the outside temperature at the discretion of the building association. During these transitions, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - Smoking Policy: Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building. This is to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests. Please note that smoking inside may result in a fine. • Noise Considerations: We are located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. • Immediate Assistance: Your comfort is our top priority. If you experience any issues, please let us know immediately. We’re here to assist with anything you need and ensure your stay is enjoyable. • Key Information to Remember: - Check-in Time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Please note that a late check-out will incur an additional cost. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) . • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay. In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged: • Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.) • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. • Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine. • party on property $300 fine. • Additional Notes: - Package Deliveries: Please be advised that package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. We recommend arranging alternative delivery options. - Washcloths: Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. We suggest bringing your own if needed. - Household Items: Please treat the property as your own home. Kindly keep all household items inside the unit during your stay. - Lost Items: In case of lost linens or apartment keys, please note that an additional fee will be charged to replace them. - Air Conditioning: Remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help maintain an optimal environment for everyone.
