Guest Screening: 🚨 For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival. Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies, these include body soap, towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. Please note that washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.. To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the Check in . We appreciate your understanding, even if you´ve already verified your ID through the platform´s chat, we would still need an additional copy. This way, we can ensure a smooth check-in process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. Important: Please consider the following recommendations to enhance your stay: Note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Your comfort is our priority. If any issues arise, please inform us immediately. We are here to help. Remember: Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours´ notice; please note that this will generate an additional cost. Additionally: We want to inform you that package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Damage Waiver Fee Overview To ensure a worry-free experience during your stay, we ask that you treat the property and its furnishings with care. Our damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. What’s Covered Accidental damage to objects and equipment inside the property. Please Note: The damage waiver fee does not cover the following situations: • Intentional Damage: Any damage resulting from parties or misconduct. • Rental Policy Violations: Including smoking or any other prohibited activities. • Excessive Damage: Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Automobile Damage: Damage caused by vehicles is not included. • Personal Items: We are not responsible for any damage to or theft of personal belongings. • Unreported Damage: Any damage that is not reported during your stay will not be covered. Additional Charges: In the event of damage not covered by the waiver, you will incur the following charges: • Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 replacement fee, as charged by the building. • Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. • Smoking Inside: A fine of $300 for violations of our no-smoking policy. • Parties on Property: A fine of $300 for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
