We are not responsible for towed vehicles. - Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest. Please note washcloths are not provided. - The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1.. Damage Waiver Fee: Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following: • Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties) . • Any damages exceeding $300 per stay. • Damage caused by automobiles. • Damage to personal items • Theft or lost items • Damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
