Please complete this process before your arrival. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. ❄️ HVAC System The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: • Heating: Fully active from October 13 – May 1 • Air Conditioning: Fully active from May 15 – October 1 Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. 🚗 Parking Guidelines • Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror • Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit • Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or towing. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – YOUR COMFORT IS OUR PRIORITY To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following guidelines: - All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. - Unregistered guests are not permitted. 📣 Noise Policy This property is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. 🕓 Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Late Check-Out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance Subject to availability has an additional cost Latest possible check-out: 12:00 PM - Late check-out cannot be granted if another guest is checking in on the same day. - Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. 📦Deliveries Please do not send packages (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) to the property. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. 🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance - Washcloths are not provided. - If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. - Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered: - Unintentional damage to items inside the unit (up to $300 per stay) Not Covered: Intentional damage or misuse (e.g., parties, smoking indoors) Violations of rental policies Damage exceeding $300 Damage to vehicles or personal items Theft or unreported damage Lost or stolen items External damage (e.g., to hallways, elevators) Additional Charges (if not covered): Lost FOB or access card: $250 Lost parking tag: $200–$300 (based on building rates) Smoking inside: $300 fine Unauthorized party: $300 fine 🔧Need Assistance?
