The nearest airport to our home on Berry Road in Monroe is Stewart International Airport (SWF), about 12 miles away. The drive from the airport to our property takes about 35 minutes. Guests have access to free private parking in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Our heated in-ground pool is available seasonally from mid-May through early September, weather permitting. Pool heating must be requested prior to check-in, is subject to outdoor temperatures, and requires heating for the entire duration of your stay. Due to the time needed to reach and maintain temperature, partial-stay or last-minute heating requests may not be accommodated. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $250/day for the full stay. Guests have access to free private parking in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. For safety, please note that the property includes both an ungated pool and an ungated pond. This property may not be suitable for guests with young children, and supervision is strongly advised at all times. While the barbecue grill is available for your use, please note that we do not provide propane for the grill. If you plan on having a barbecue during your stay, kindly bring your own propane canister to fuel the grill. This will help you enjoy your outdoor cooking without any interruptions.
