Location, location, location – it doesn’t get better than this. Just a 1-minute walk to the tube, with central London only 15-20 minutes away. You’ll be right in the heart of it all, with world-class restaurants, lively pubs, and the beautiful Common just steps away. The flat speaks for itself – bright, modern, and recently refurbished, featuring spacious bedrooms and a social kitchen/living area. Your home-from-home is a large terraced house on a leafy, quiet, and private street just off the main thoroughfare of Clapham. You’lll enter using a lockbox and keys, which makes check-in and check-out a hassle-free affair. Once inside, you’ll find three large, spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms – which means there’s lots of room for people to get ready in the mornings. Two of the bedrooms have soft double-beds, and a third has twin beds. Each bed is made up with hotel-quality linens, and we provide fresh towels and toiletries too. Downstairs, there’s the open-plan kitchen and living area, which fills with natural light and is a great space for socialising. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, utensils and even a coffee maker! All in all, a fantastic flat in an even better location. The flat is only a one minute walk from Clapham Common Underground, so it takes only 15 - 20 minutes to get to the city centre. There’s a thriving food and drink scene. The neighbourhood is home to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and bars, offering a range of cuisines and atmospheres to suit every taste. There are also a number of markets and food festivals held throughout the year, including a weekly farmers' market on Clapham High Street. In addition to its culinary offerings, Clapham has a number of cultural and recreational amenities. There are several parks, including Clapham Common, which offers a range of sports facilities, a children's playground, and a bandstand that hosts regular events and performances. Clapham is also home to a number of museums, galleries, and cultural centres, as well as a number of independent retailers and boutiques. Clapham is a well-connected part of London with various transportation options. Clapham is a walkable neighborhood, and you can explore many local attractions on foot. For example, Clapham Common, a large park, is nearby, and you can take a leisurely stroll there. The nearest Tube station is Clapham Common Station (2 mins on foot), which is on the Northern Line (Black Line). You can take the Northern Line to access various parts of London, including the city center. London has an extensive bus network, and there are several bus stops in the Clapham area. You can use the Transport for London (TfL) website or mobile apps to plan your bus routes and check schedules. Clapham High Street Station is the closest Overground station (8 mins on foot). It provides connections to other parts of South London and the Overground network. Clapham Junction is one of the busiest railway stations in Europe and is about 2.4 km from the flat. It offers services to various destinations in and around London, as well as national rail services to other cities in the UK.
