Sometimes the best part of getting away is simply having somewhere peaceful to come back to. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac of just four homes beneath the Little Orme, this characterful four-bedroom retreat is made for slower mornings, fresh sea air and unhurried time together. ? Close Enough to Hear the Waves The sea is very much part of the stay here. Follow the pavement for a few minutes and you'll reach the coast, while in the other direction the Little Orme nature reserve and its walking trails invite you out to explore. Back at home, glimpses of the water and headland appear through several windows — and on quieter days, you may even hear the waves from the garden. ? A Garden Made for Slow Afternoons The large back garden is one of the home's loveliest spaces, surrounded by mature planting and greenery. Take your morning coffee outside, find a quiet spot with a book or give the children room to burn off some energy after a day exploring. There’s also a front garden, adding to the home's leafy, tucked-away feel. ?️ Come Home & Get Comfortable After a day on the coast, the living room gives everyone somewhere comfortable to regroup. Sink into the sofas, put something on the Smart TV, connect to the Wi-Fi, or simply enjoy an evening with nowhere else you need to be. ?️ Long Dinners, Slow Breakfasts The separate dining room gives everyone a proper place to come together, with a dining table for six. Start the day over breakfast, bring back something local or settle in for a home-cooked dinner after a day out. ? Everything for Nights In The fully equipped kitchen makes staying in just as easy as heading out. There’s an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee-making facilities, along with the everyday essentials for preparing meals. The Coast, Just Around the Corner Head out on foot and within a few minutes you can be beside the water. The coastline here feels noticeably calmer than central Llandudno, making it lovely for an early walk, some fresh sea air or simply watching the light change across the bay. ? Little Orme on Your Doorstep Walk in the opposite direction and the landscape quickly becomes wilder. The Little Orme and Rhiwledyn Nature Reserve offer limestone grassland, coastal paths and elevated sea views, while nearby Angel Bay is known for its grey seals. ? Classic Llandudno When You Want It When you feel like something livelier, central Llandudno brings together its Victorian promenade, traditional pier, shops, cafés and restaurants. Beyond town, the Great Orme offers walking routes, panoramic views, the historic tramway and its famous copper mines. ? Whether you’re here to climb the biggest mountains in Wales, explore the beautiful Victorian piers and promenades of Llandudno, or just relax with a book on the beach - there really is something for everyone here. The cottage is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre of Llandudno. You can walk along the pavement, or along the beach. You can also take the number 12 or number 15 buses from right outside the house into town too. Of course, if you prefer to drive there is a parking space available as well. There are plenty of local taxis available. If you’re arriving by train, the station is a half-hour walk from the property, 15 minutes on the bus, or just five minutes in a taxi! Two bedrooms are downstairs — including the main double bedroom and an en-suite twin room — while the remaining twin and single bedrooms are upstairs. ?️ The Cosy Single Room One of the upstairs bedrooms is noticeably smaller than the others and contains a small single bed. It’s a cosy, simple sleeping space best suited to one guest. ? A Mature Coastal Garden You’re welcome to enjoy the garden and outdoor areas throughout your stay. The garden is maintained periodically rather than continuously, so as a mature, natural outdoor space its appearance can vary with the seasons. ? Close to Nature With plenty of established planting and greenery around the home, you may occasionally encounter small insects and other garden wildlife, particularly during warmer months. This is a natural part of the setting.
