Escape to this delightful cottage, where you can feel the sand beneath your feet, breathe in the fresh sea breeze, and enjoy the soothing sound of waves. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac beneath a rugged headland, it’s just steps from a pristine beach and a 15-minute stroll to town. Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen, comfy beds, and top-notch cleaning for your comfort. Unwind with a good book, or relax with a cold drink. With 24/7 support, your stay is effortless and carefree! The cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with just four properties. The beach really is just a few hundred yards away, and you can easily hear the sound of the waves as you relax in the garden. To access the beach, it’s less than a 5-minute walk along the pavement towards town. We are extremely close to the Little Orme nature reserve and network of walking trails in the opposite direction. The property itself features an upstairs and a downstairs. Downstairs, there’s a modern. kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and two bedrooms - including the master double bedroom. The second downstairs bedroom has two singles and an en suite. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin single beds. Please note the second bedroom is quite small and only features a 3.6ft single bed. There are three bathrooms in the house in total. There is a front garden and a large back garden - perfect for garden cricket or football if you still have energy after the beach! It enjoys a stunning natural backdrop with the Great Orme looming in the distance. The neighborhood is nestled between the rugged beauty of the Orme and the sweeping curve of Llandudno Bay, offering residents breathtaking views of both the sea and the hills. A peaceful and tranquil neighborhood. Its residential setting makes it an ideal place for families and retirees looking for a quiet retreat. The streets are lined with mature trees that provide shade during the summer months and enhance the overall serenity of the area. Despite its peaceful ambiance, you'll have easy access to a range of amenities, including shops, restaurants, cafes, and schools. The bustling town center and the picturesque promenade are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the town's offerings. Welcome to Llandudno - where Snowdonia meets the sea! Whether you’re here to climb the biggest mountains in Wales, explore the beautiful Victorian piers and promenades of Llandudno, or just relax with a book on the beach - there really is something for everyone here. The cottage is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre of Llandudno. You can walk along the pavement, or along the beach. You can also take the number 12 or number 15 buses from right outside the house into town too. Of course, if you prefer to drive there is a parking space available as well. There are plenty of local taxis available. If you’re arriving by train, the station is a half-hour walk from the property, 15 minutes on the bus, or just five minutes in a taxi!
