NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 115 steps down to the property from the parking lot. Every vacation rental managed by the property manager/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided: Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (125 mgs) Starter set of dishwasher soap One box of Kleenex per bathroom Dish cleaning sponge Shampoo in every shower Soap in every shower Hand soap at every sink Start set of laundry detergent Coffee filters Cooking oil Dish soap (sink) Pepper Paper towels Napkins Toilet paper Trash bags Salt If Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for it. Guests will either be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/the property manager for check-in or provided instructions for 'touch-free-24-hour-check-in'. A 4x4 or an SUV is required to access the property. The road is paved but steep. Our concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed. There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services. We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the area’s best tours, private chef and dinner reservations. The home is in a private, gated, community, just 5 minutes south of Dominical. The home and the swimming pool are private. The parking is shared and there is a set of stairs leading down to this Property and one other property, which is shared (the stairs).
