Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. - Pet fee USD 150 per pet per stay - - CLOSED BEDROOM - The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 6 more guests Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied. - ENTERTAINMENT - All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. - SMOKING - No smoking inside the property - USD 750 fine for violation - - HOT TUB - Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor hot tub, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. - The lands keeper will go once a week - - Security cameras - For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. - Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable. - This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control - RSBM House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
