Pamper your traveling companions and guests in the poolside patio area while enjoying the covered Hot Tub The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Single Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Bed Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds Bathrooms: Bathroom 1: Full Bathroom (Primary Bedroom Ensuite) Bathroom 2: Full Bathroom All Linens and towels provided. (POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED) Our kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook. NO WEAPONS POLICY Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy. We provide a self-check-in service. Be sure to keep an eye out for it. Rest assured, we'll be available to assist you during your check-in process should you need any help. Whether you need an extra towel, can’t find the oven mitts, or want advice on where to get the best steak in town, we have your back. Just give us a shout, we’re here, available 24/7 to make your visit spectacular! - Ice Maker OUT OF SERVICE- - Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. - Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. -No pool lights As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean. Rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. Please note that during the spring season, there may be an increase in non-harmful insects (such as beetles) and natural debris from surrounding vegetation that can occasionally enter the pool. We perform routine pest control and profesional pool cleaning service, however, some seasonal factors are outside of our control. Weather, including rain, may also affect water clarity. We will do our best to address any issues promptly with our pool staff. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL -SECURITY CAMERAS- For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. - Other: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. RSB Living House Rules 1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards. 2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. 3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay. 4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. 5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. 6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation. 7. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. 8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident. 9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash. 10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. 11. Garbage is only picked up on the days in certain days by the city, we’ll let you know the night before so you may leave the thrash out from 7 pm onwards so it can be picked up at 7 am of the next day. 12. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. The number of pets you bring with you must be previously discussed and authorized by us. 13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
