Trash & Recycling Rules: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed, while the blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Please ensure no regular garbage is placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city will refuse pickup, and incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fine to cover the city fee. - The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. - All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. - No underage drinking. - No drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. - Security cameras are in use outside for protection. - TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. - Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction. Cutler Bay is in Miami-Dade County. In Cutler Bay there are a lot of parks. Many families and young professionals are in the area, due to its proximity to Miami's attractions and commerce. We recommend driving or using uber.
