The approximately 55 square meter studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building renovated in 2017, in a quiet and bright location on a 2,400 square meter private property. Enjoy quiet vacation days or relaxed hours of your free time here. Both the historic center of Bevergern and beautiful forest hiking trails (including Herrmannsweg) are only 10 minutes away by foot. The "Reitsportzentrum Riesenbeck International" and Surenburg Castle are only 3 km away. The space The apartment is ideal for 1 to 2 people. However, it sleeps up to 4 people. We look forward to welcoming guests who are working in the Münsterland for a few days, weeks or months, as well as vacationers from all over the world who want to explore the beautiful Münsterland. The apartment has an open living & kitchen area with an adjoining 10 sqm balcony on the sunny side. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.60 m wide double bed with good mattresses and bedding. (Furnished by "Betten Seifert" = bedding store, operated among others by Rita Seifert = grandmother of our children => lives in the other part of the building ;-). The gallery in the gable of the apartment offers another, very cozy sleeping accommodation (1.20 m wide mattress + 90 cm wide mattress). However, the gallery can only be reached via a mobile ladder. The gallery is therefore NOT suitable for (small) children and people with reduced mobility. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine with an integrated dryer. In the kitchen, in addition to the usual equipment, you will find a Nespresso coffee machine and a milk frother for cappuccino and milk coffee. Matching coffee capsules, milk, a selection of tea ready for you. On warm days and nights you will love the balcony! Relax on the comfortable chairs with adjustable backrests under the umbrella or by candlelight. Fancy a barbecue? This is possible at any time with the new gas grill (2020). :-) Guest access You can share the following infrastructure: - Bicycle shed with sockets for battery charging - Children's play equipment including large trampoline in the garden, 2 Ketcars - In front of our property there is enough space to park additional cars, horse trailers, campers, etc. By individual arrangement (i.e. not guaranteed and not at all times) we can offer you the following amenities: - Use of our sauna and outdoor shower - Garden use with gas or charcoal grill and fire pit for campfires - Rent our bikes Other things to note We have a young, very human-loving and playful female Labrador. She is sometimes alone outside on the premises. Anyone who might be afraid of our Nelly might be better off renting another apartment. We also have a chicken and a relaxed rooster (Bill). The cute birds run around freely on our property. If you are allergic to cornfields in the summer, you should contact us beforehand about what the neighboring farmer has grown in the field around the house.
