Close to everything but still secluded in a quiet neighborhood, we invite you to stay in this masterpiece! (You will need to provide government-issued photo ID to us and a $2,500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion) To ensure a smooth and secure rental experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to provide government-issued photo ID, some personal information and agree to our terms and conditions. To adhere to the Building Security and Occupancy Policy here is what we will need and why we will need the information from you- Building Security & Safety: . Legal & Compliance: Collecting this information is necessary to adhere to the building's policy, which is implemented pursuant to local laws and for compliance reasons, as disclosed before booking. This includes potential security deposits depending on the booking platform's provided services, as outlined in the building policy. Insurance Requirements: . Effective Communication: Having your contact information allows for timely communication regarding your stay. Mutual Understanding: Agreeing to our terms and the building's requirements ensures clarity on rules and expectations. Your information will be handled confidentially and securely, in compliance with data privacy laws. • Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras , is a violation of our rental agreement. Guests will be cancelled and not refunded for tampering or disabling the cameras. • Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing prior to them entering the property. NO unauthorized guest allowed, failure to comply will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a $250 fine per guest per night over the amount shown on the reservation. • No gatherings or parties, please be aware of the other homes in the neighborhood and be a considerate neighbor. • No Pets of any kind (including service or support animals) due to extreme allergies we can not host any pets, pet dander remediation starts at $3,500. • Absolutely no shoes in the house! Stilettos and high heels are the nemesis of hardwood floors, but any shoe can have a small rock trapped in the tread and do serious damage to hardwood floors. Repairs to the floors are expensive, starting at around $2,500!!! • Please no glitter in the house, it is exceedingly difficult to remove from the surfaces and will result in an extra cleaning charge ($500-$3,500) • PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE , IF YOU SMOKE PLEASE DO OUTSIDE IN THE DRIVEWAY WITH ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED- WE PAY A MINIMUM OF $2,500 FOR SMOKE REMEDIATION THAT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU • Please do not cook any food with a sent that will outlast your stay (Curry, Fish, Garlic…) odor remediation starts at $1,500 • Please do not park on the street • Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out
