Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed. The space The apartment has two bedrooms and a very large living room. There is a small entrance hall from which the bathroom, kitchen, a second toilet and a chamber lead off next to the living room and first bedroom. Guest access You have the entire first floor for yourselves and can use a washing machine and hang laundry in the basement. Other things to note The heating and hot water system is an environmentally friendly wood pellet system. There is also a large tiled stove in the largest room of your quarters.
