Access : Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. For your security and a smooth check-in process: - A refundable $500 security deposit is required. - A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in. - A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking. - Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy. - Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, please be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur. These events are outside our control and do not qualify for compensation. House Rules : Please read carefully before booking. We manage private residential homes, not hotels. While we aim to provide a high standard of service, certain hotel-style services may not be available. If you have specific expectations, please contact us prior to booking. 1. Check-In & Building Access Do not attempt to enter the building or unit before completing guest verification and receiving check-in confirmation. All communication and requests must go through our Guest Relations team. 2. House Rules - No Smoking / No Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, and anywhere on the building premises. - Quiet Hours Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or complaints will not be tolerated. - No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. - No Unauthorized Guests Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the unit or building at any time. - Pets Pets are welcome by approval only. Before booking, please message us with your pet’s details: type of pet, breed (if applicable), age, weight, and number of pets. Due to building regulations, we may not be able to accommodate all pets. Unapproved pets are not permitted. If approved, a $1,000 refundable security deposit will be collected after booking. Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may be deducted after checkout. - Check-Out Compliance Guests must vacate the unit and return all issued keys or access devices by the agreed check-out time. - Lockouts, Lost Items & Damages Lost keys, parking passes, or other access devices will result in applicable charges of $200 per item. - Security Deposit & Verification All guests are required to complete identity verification and submit a refundable security deposit of $500 prior to check-in. - Additional Charges Additional charges may apply for rule violations, excessive cleaning, damages, unauthorized guests, or operational disruptions.
