SELF-CATERING This home is self-catering. We recommend stopping at a nearby supermarket before or shortly after arrival to purchase groceries, beverages, toiletries, and any other personal items you may need during your stay. HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. The home receives a thorough professional cleaning and inspection before each guest's arrival. Additional cleaning services may be arranged during your stay for an additional fee. POOL HEAT Pool heating is available for $35 per day plus tax, with a 3-day minimum, and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the attached spa is not a hot tub. It does not have jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool, with a maximum temperature of approximately 90°F. The pool heating system uses heat exchange technology and may not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F. Because weather conditions can affect pool temperature, refunds will not be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature during periods of cold weather. GRILL A grill is not included as a standard amenity. However, a grill can be rented for your stay. Please contact us after booking for availability and pricing.
