The entrance to the building is striking and stylish, the lobby is an open air concept with manicured tropical gardens, covered lounge areas, and a soothing multilevel rock water feature. Other things to note The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature. ** The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 4pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available. *As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes. Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest. **Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding. **Construction in the building, be aware some units will have some construction and project is expect to be finish on first week of September during this time it might be some noice levels.** **Important Information for Our Guests** We want to provide you with the best possible experience during your stay, and we sincerely appreciate your attention to a few important details: We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone! ****POOL CLOSED*** We would like to inform you that the rooftop terrace will be temporarily closed from October 13–15, 2026. During this time, we will complete the annual rooftop floor cleaning and sealing before high season, while the pool contractor finishes the remaining warranty work on the tile channel surrounding the pool. To complete this final phase, the pool water level will need to be temporarily lowered to keep the work area dry. The remaining tile work was originally scheduled to be completed during the previous warranty repairs; however, due to weather conditions, the contractor was unable to finish this portion of the project. This visit is intended to complete the contractor's warranty obligations and ensure the project is finished to the standard expected by the HOA and our owners. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the tile work cannot be completed during these dates, the contractor has committed to returning in the spring to finish the remaining warranty items. These dates were selected based on anticipated lower occupancy to help minimize the impact on residents and guests.
