Home Truths: - There are 6 bikes available for guest use, shared with the other unit, on a first-come, first-served basis. - Please note that this property is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible only by the foyer stairway. Guests with limited mobility, including some elderly guests or guests with disabilities, may find the stairs difficult to navigate. Most guests should have no difficulty accessing the home. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note there is a 2-night minimum stay for this home. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Please note that general construction work and related noise are allowed from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, and from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The noise is not constant, and no work will occur on Sundays or federal holidays. - The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
