Adults should secure children while entering, riding, and exiting the elevator. - We no longer have bikes available at this property. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. . - Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine. - While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance. - No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings. - All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: - 2 mid-sized vehicles will fit in the driveway outside the garage. - Additional parking is available on the street; please pay attention to posted signs. - Please note, there is no garage access. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
