Elegant all-wood home of the highest quality. This home is located on a large 1.19-acre lot near its beautiful access to the great Nominingue Lake. This luxurious chalet welcomes you in a chic-rustic style, where modernity and nature are one. The semi-open, abundantly fenestrated first floor is very convivial, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a superb cathedral ceiling and a living room with abundant windows to enjoy the surrounding nature. Lake Acces 5km from the chalet A large modern kitchen, with a kitchen island and wooden countertop, for preparing tasty meals in good company, while sipping a glass of wine! Sharing the space with the living room, the dining room with its table, allows you to enjoy good meals or play board games in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, enhanced by the wood-burning fireplace. You'll find two bathrooms, a king-size bed, two queen-size beds in separate bedrooms, and two single beds in one bedroom, and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings, so this magnificent living space will be kept clutter-free for the duration of your stay. All amenities such as a Netflix subscription for a 65-inch smart TV and Internet are available. Plus, to maximize your comfort, air conditioning and a central system are installed, an open-air spa, and a large patio terrace including, an outdoor fireplace, and a garage. A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. The amount is $1,000. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement.
