THE SPACE Welcome to "Turtles Nest", a three bedroom and three bath villa bordering peaceful lagoons and landscaped wooded settings in East Beach, located conveniently near Turtle Point Golf Course and Clubhouse, the beach, and tennis. This first-floor condo with a clean, contemporary beachy aesthetic is perfect for small groups and can accommodate up to six guests. The open living, dining and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for entertaining groups, with double couches and a dining table that can seat up to six people. The screened in porch offers the perfect bug-free option for outdoor dining and lounging, with great views of the lagoon (where you might see an alligator!). The three bedrooms all offer full ensuite bathrooms. One King bed and 2 Queen beds. Parking is available for up to two cars. Please review the Kiawah rules and ordinances posted in the property. GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Town of Isle of Palms Ordinance rules. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion. Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
