IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Checkout: 10:00 AM • Early check-in and late checkout are permitted only when approved in advance. OCCUPANCY & VISITORS • Maximum overnight occupancy: 20 guests. • All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. • Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted as long as the total number of people at the property does not exceed 20, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event. • Parties, receptions, and events are prohibited. PARKING • Gated on-property parking is available for up to 2 cars. • RVs, campers, trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property. • Free street parking is generally available nearby. PETS • Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval. • Pet fee: $250 per pet. SMOKING • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. • Outdoor smoking is permitted where lawful. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. NOISE • Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning. • Guests are responsible for respecting the surrounding residential neighborhood and applicable local noise regulations. POOL & HOT TUB SAFETY • There is no lifeguard on duty. • Guests use the pool and hot tub at their own risk. • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. • No diving. • No glass is permitted in or around the pool or hot tub. AIR CONDITIONING • Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running. • Leaving doors open can affect the performance of the AC system and may cause the units to freeze. PLUMBING • Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets. • Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or any other items. TRASH • Please place all trash in the designated property receptacles. • Our maintenance team handles moving the bins for municipal collection. ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for pool service, landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance. These teams do not enter the home without prior notice except in an emergency. EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS Exterior security cameras are located at the front driveway, front door, side of the home, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home or in guest living or sleeping areas. Cameras are used for property protection, safety, access oversight, and house-rule enforcement. They are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues, or guest or neighbor complaints. CLEANING The property is professionally cleaned, reset, and inspected between every guest stay. ICE Ice is not provided or guaranteed unless specifically stated elsewhere in the listing. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DELIVERIES • Please make sure to take all personal belongings with you at checkout. • If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest's expense. • We cannot guarantee the receipt, storage, or safekeeping of packages or deliveries sent to the property. Villa Mi Amor is located in Shenandoah, on the residential side of Calle Ocho. The neighborhood provides a quieter home base while keeping guests close to many of Miami's major dining, entertainment, cultural and business districts. Calle Ocho's restaurants, cafes, bars, music and cultural attractions are nearby. Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, the Miami River, downtown Miami and loanDepot park are also easily accessible, with Miami International Airport and Miami Beach within convenient reach. The location is particularly well suited for guests who want to stay centrally in Miami while returning to a more residential setting at the end of the day. THE SPACE Villa Mi Amor is a private, gated 6-bedroom, 4-bath property designed to comfortably accommodate larger families and groups of up to 20 guests. The property consists of a two-story main house plus a separate detached back house, giving larger groups multiple living areas and additional privacy while still allowing everyone to stay together on one property. MAIN HOUSE - DOWNSTAIRS The main level includes: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Living room with single/day bed • Full kitchen • 1 full bathroom • Main indoor dining area • 60-inch Smart TV in the living room MAIN HOUSE - UPSTAIRS The upstairs portion of the main house is accessed by exterior stairs and includes: • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Two double beds • Bedroom 4: Queen bed • Bedroom 5: Queen bed • Upstairs lounge with sofa • Additional kitchenette with mini refrigerator • 2 full bathrooms • Small private balcony off one bedroom overlooking the backyard DETACHED BACK HOUSE The detached back house has its own exterior entrance and includes: • Bedroom 6: Twin-over-full bunk bed • Game/extra room with twin-over-twin bunk bed and queen pull-out bed • Mini pool table that converts to ping pong • Kitchenette with mini refrigerator • 1 full bathroom • Smart TVs OUTDOOR SPACE The fully fenced and gated backyard is private to your group and features: • 10' x 20' private pool, approximately 4 feet deep • Private hot tub with jets, lights and adjustable temperature up to 104°F • Mini pickleball court • Outdoor games • 4 teak chaise lounge chairs • Outdoor wicker sofa • Large outdoor dining table with seating for 8 • Propane barbecue grill • Artificial turf throughout much of the yard Please note that the pool is not heated. Hot tub use is included with your stay. KITCHEN & DINING The main kitchen is located downstairs and includes a gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster/toaster oven, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses and mugs. For added convenience, there is an additional kitchenette upstairs and another kitchenette in the detached back house, each with a mini refrigerator. There is an indoor dining area on the main floor as well as outdoor dining in the backyard. ADDITIONAL FEATURES Smart TVs are located throughout the property, including every bedroom, both main-house living areas, and the detached back house. A washer and dryer are available outside under the stairwell. Clean linens and towels are provided for all sleeping arrangements, with additional blankets, pillows and towels available in the bedroom closets.
