The home includes two lovely bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and access to a separate bathroom. Located in the Sotoserena urbanization, the property is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and boasts two large swimming pools. Guests can also enjoy access to a free on-site gym and sauna. Guest access Upon arrival at the property, you will use self-check-in. We will provide you with the code needed to access the key. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive further details regarding the check-in process. Please note: Check-ins after 8:00 PM are considered late check-ins and are subject to a €50 fee, payable upon arrival. Other things to note Please carefully review the following rental policies and charges before proceeding with your booking: House Rules: 1. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm, please note that anytime after that could be subject to an extra charge. 2. Check-out time is at 10am, please inquire in advance for a late checkout. 3. No pets allowed, unless specifically approved in advance. 4. Strictly no smoking inside the property. 5. No parties or events allowed. 6. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM as a general rule, please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. 7. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 8. Remove all trash and place in exterior bins. 9. Please report any damage immediately so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements. 10. Please treat the property and all its contents with care, as you would your own home. 11. For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning will be required every 7 days. Damage Costs & Applicable fees: 1. If a late check-in requires someone to meet you at the property, a €50 service fee will apply. 2. Unscheduled late check-out after 10:00 AM will incur an additional fee of €30 per hour. 3. For stays longer than one week, an cleaning service is required every 7 days at an hourly rate of €15. 4. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €100. A damaged key set will incur a fee of €50. If the lock is damaged and needs to be replaced, a €250 fee will apply. 5. Heavy cleaning beyond standard housekeeping will be subject to an additional charge of €50 to €150, depending on the extent of the work required. 6. Broken or missing remote controls will be charged at the replacement cost of a new unit. 7. Badly stained or damaged towels or linens will be charged either the dry cleaning cost or the full replacement cost, depending on the extent of the damage. 8. Missing decor, books, or kitchen items will be charged at the full replacement cost of the item. 9. Smoking inside the property will come at a penalty fee of €200. 10. Unauthorized pets will incur an additional charge of €150, plus the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required. 11. Any non-compliance with community rules, antisocial behavior towards other residents, or unauthorized parties will result in a penalty of €500.
