Pool is not heated and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool can be only used during daytime. Maintenance every Monday morning. The Jacuzzi is non-heatable Trash day is every Friday Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked. We promptly respond to messages, calls and e-mails. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed. __ Note: We have a NO-PETS policy, we'll appreciate your kind understanding. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. We kindly remind you that this is a no event or party listing. We have a strict no smoking policy. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or or refrain from any activity that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. We are committed to Rent Responsibly and with standards.
